S2 will run from the 10th of October to the 10th of November, with a new workout released each week

Post a video clip or picture of you doing the workout on social media and tag us in it. We want receipts. No ghosting on your sweat sesh, or we’ll withhold your T-shirt. Rules are rules.

You have until the next workout is released to get it done - which is approximately a week. Don’t worry, we’ll tell you exact dates when you sign up.
